These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the A1 Creative Agency website and services ("Services"). By using our website, submitting a form, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our services

A1 Creative Agency provides website design, development, and business-infrastructure build services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a project are set out in a separate proposal, quote, or agreement between you and A1 Creative. Package prices shown on our website are starting estimates and may change based on scope.

Quotes, deposits & payment

Submitting a quote request or assessment does not create a binding contract; it begins a conversation about your project.
Where a deposit is required, work begins after the deposit is received. Deposits are applied to the total project cost.
Payment terms for each project are described in the applicable proposal or invoice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and any materials, access, or approvals we reasonably need to perform the Services, and to use the Services lawfully.

SMS / text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in on our forms, or by replying to one of our texts, you consent to receive text messages from A1 Creative Agency about your inquiry, appointments, follow-ups, and account or service updates.

Message frequency varies and is typically about 2–6 messages per month.
Msg & data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle mobile numbers and opt-in data — and our commitment not to share that data with third parties for their marketing — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a project, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, except for third-party components, our pre-existing tools and templates, and open-source elements, which remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed to you as part of the deliverable. Our own website, brand, and materials remain our property.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Creative Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
